Legal documents
All policies effective April 28, 2026.
QuantMint provides analytical and decision-support tools for options traders. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment adviser. The documents below explain the terms under which you may use the platform, how we handle your data, the risks of options trading, and the limits of what QuantMint is and is not.
1.Terms of Service
The contract between you and QuantMint LLC. Covers eligibility, what the platform does (and does not) do, your account responsibilities, intellectual property, prohibited uses, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, binding arbitration, class-action waiver, and termination.
2.Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with (cloud and market-data providers), how long we keep it, and how to exercise your rights — including the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Includes our CCPA/CPRA and GDPR disclosures.
3.Risk Disclosure
The risks of options trading and the limits of the models behind QuantMint. Options can produce rapid and substantial losses, and modeled probabilities are estimates — not predictions. Includes the OCC's Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options reference and our model-limitation statement.
4.Disclaimer / Not-Advice Statement
The short version: QuantMint is an analytical tool, not investment advice. We do not have a fiduciary or advisory relationship with you, we do not execute trades, and we do not hold customer funds. You alone decide and place every trade.
